I bought a Anniversary gift on the 13th of July and paid extra postage it as I was hoping to get it by Friday but did not so went on the phone and he said you will receive it on Saturday and it is now late Monday the 18th and still nothing so phoned again and he was not helpful as the only thing he said its been posted and his attitude was you will get it when you get it, I asked for a refund on the postage as it was supposed to be here with in 2days and he said no chance, customer care is shocking and if you do buy from there be warned you won't get it on time so leave well alone from the Gift Experience in Ellesmere in Shropshire ??? BAD EXPERIENCE ??

The website was very easy to navigate and it was fast. An excellent service.

Lovely range of gifts

I found The Gift Experience when I searched for Graduation gifts. I found the site easy to navigate around and everything is clear on descriptions and prices. Checkout was user friendly and quick. I have signed up for notifications form this company. This is my first order and if the gifts turn up in a good quality I will definitely be recommending this company/site to family and friends.

I never received my order. I emailed and my email was ignored. I got sent an automatic email to review the order but it wouldn’t allow me to post it. Telephone wasn’t answered.

I am not a fan of purchasing online goods as there are usually so many ‘hurdles’ to get over before actually purchasing goods and usually an account has to be created for a one off purchase. The Gift Experience was one of the easiest websites I have ever used. I would highly recommend them

Quite easy to use. My uncle and auntie's Diamond Wedding anniversary and I wanted to get something different for them and this book was just the thing. They will be able to look back 60 years and remember that day

Good experience but let down by sign up for the Newsletter' function. This kept going round in circles and I had to repeat detail entry. Even when I received an email for confirmation this took me back to the 'please complete your details page'. So I gave up and continued my search and purchase. I am a returning customer and have previously been highly delighted with your service and hope I will be again.

easy to order and use

Thank you for making my order placed whilist abroad seamless. Communication was excellent,as was the delivery.Sadly as I'm abroad I wont be able to see the teddies I ordered,as a friend took delivery and is posting on to USA.If the teddies are as good as the service,which I have no doubt, then well done.I highly recommend and will certainly order in the future.
